Established in 2015, First Friday Outdoor Market is a community event that celebrates and promotes the idea of shopping local. Come down and join us on the lawn of the arts center each first friday from 4-7pm to shop for locally produced food, arts and crafts. You can also enjoy live music and there is even art projects offered for kids. This event is free of charge and all are invited to attend the outdoor market. Remember to shop local!

Established in 2015 and now revamped with a new look. time and day! The Maker's Market is a community event that celebrates the idea of shopping local! Join us on the lawn of the Arts Center on the first Saturday April thru October from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to shop for locally produced food, arts and crafts. Art activities are offered for kids and live music! This event is free of charge and all are invited to attend the outdoor market. Remember to shop local!
Want to know more about being a vendor?
Having a booth at the Maker's Market is easy! All you need to do is fill out an application, meet the qualifications and pay your booth fee. To qualify, all items for sale must be locally produced food, arts or crafts items.
No used or yard sale items.
Price per event:
Single booth (12x12') $16 ($15.09 + $0.91 tax)
with electric $22 ($20.75 + $1.25 tax)
Double booth (12x24') $30 ($28.30 + $1.70 tax)
with electric $35 ($33.02 + $1.98 tax)
The application can be found at the link below or can be picked up from the Rowan County Arts Center during normal business hours.
