The Rowan County Arts Center is home to a community of resident artists who maintain working studios within the historic courthouse. Many of our artists have been part of the Arts Center for decades, contributing to a rich creative legacy that continues to shape our programs, exhibitions, and community life.

Our studio program provides long-term space for professional artists to create, teach, exhibit, and engage with the public. These studios are almost always fully occupied, reflecting both the strength of our artistic community and the lasting relationships that define the Arts Center.
