The Morehead Theatre Guild
The Morehead Theatre Guild is a community theatre organization producing a wide range of live performances, from classic plays and musicals to contemporary works. Through regular productions at the Rowan County Arts Center, the Guild provides opportunities for local performers, directors, and technicians. Their work plays an important role in the region’s cultural life.
The Kentucky Center for Traditional Music
The Kentucky Center for Traditional Music at Morehead State University preserves and promotes the musical traditions of Appalachia and beyond. Through education, performance, and community engagement, the Center supports musicians at all levels. The Rustic Mechanicals
The Rustic Mechanicals are a traveling theatre troupe known for their energetic and accessible productions of Shakespeare’s works.
